Server 18 Emergency Upgrade

Server 18 has been struggling with Ram Exhaustion. We are taking the server off line at 11am this morning to double the RAM. This is emergency maintenance to allow us to stabilise this server. Once we stabilise it we will look at options moving forward whether that be a new server or moving the highest use clients elsewvere.
We apologise for the random (but brief) outages over the past few days we know some clients have been reporting this every time and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
