XEN24 RAID Card Replacement

XEN24 RAID card is not responding to commands but the server is working fine. At 12.01am on Sunday 22 May 2016 the server will be powered down and the RAID card and all drive cables will be replaced with new ones.
We anticipate this being routine maintenance and we thank you for your patience while we fix this faulty hardware.
As a precaution fresh backups will be completed on all servers starting at 10pm on Saturday 21st May 2016.
