Sorry for the delay in this update. The server has been back on line for a while now. We're sorry for the hardware issues and they have now been fully resolved. Total downtime was approximately 37 minutes.

We are aware that server 120 appears to be having some networking issues. The server lost ping and then came back again. It lost ping and came back a second time. We believe there may be a faulty network card.
This is a week old machine and was just deployed last week to replace the old server 120.
We're really sorry about this. A data centre technician is on the case now and we'll have an update in 45 minutes or sooner if we have more information.
