As you may know last March when our theme had a known security vulnerability we temporarily disabled the link between your client area and your accounts on cPanel for security reasons. We fully appreciate this has caused a little extra work where clients need to access their cPanel accounts via the server link directly with a different user name and password. It has also caused some clients to become incredibly frustrated and we fully understand that too but please be assured we did this out of the abundance of caution. With heindseight we likely kept the link broken for too long and for that we apologise.
We're pleased to advise that starting next week we will be working through all servers to restore this link for your convenience.
We're truly sorry for any added inconvenience this has caused in recent months. It's also important once we do this that you treat your WHMCS login with the same importance as you would your cPanel server login and we strongly advise you to enable 2FA (with Google Authenticator App) on your WHMCS login to give an added password layer to help protect you. We also strongly recommend you use a strong and unique password that is never used anywhere else.
