Web503 on our Enhance Cluster is showing RAM exhaustion. We need to double the RAM on this server. This server was on our list to upgrade during our next data centre overnight job run, but we need to do it sooner than planned due to a MySQL container incident that occurred at 12pm today.
The team will be working quickly and downtime should be less than ten minutes. As the server is currently unstable due to the RAM exhaustion, this will be done within the next 60 minutes, and we apologise for calling emergency maintenance during business hours.
Our team in our data centre will complete this work shortly. We truly appreciate your patience.
