We are writing to let you know about upcoming adjustments to our hosting plan pricing from September 2025. We have always worked hard to keep our services affordable, but like many businesses, we are facing increasing costs in several areas that make a modest price rise unavoidable.
The main drivers are:
Above-inflation wage costs and higher Employer National Insurance contributions.
Continued increases in licensing fees, which we pass through at cost.
Rising energy costs impacting data centre operations.
Below is a summary of the changes:
Disk Space Add-ons
First increase in 8 years: rising by just £0.50 per 10GB.
Still among the cheapest upgrade costs in the industry.
Each upgrade includes additional backup space, so backups remain fully functional.
Domain Names
Rising by a minimum of £1 per year. We’ve worked hard to keep these changes as minimal as possible and are only adjusting prices due to the increased admin cost of providing and supporting domains. We're still cheaper than the well known names in the industry
Starter Hosting (Now with Litespeed for blazing fast WordPress)
Now upgraded to the Enhance Panel with LiteSpeed and 90 days of backups when migrated from cPanel.
Includes a business-grade email account.
Price rising by £1 per month to reflect these enhanced features & increased cost of providing the product.
Multi-Site Hosting
Increasing by 2% to 5% depending on plan.
Servers
Prices increasing to reflect costs of around 5% - first server price rise in 4 years (excluding cPanel and other License rises)
Special Offers: We run promotions twice a year which can lower your overall costs.
Annual Prepayment: Pay for 10 months and receive 12 months’ service.
Server Licensing: Server clients can move to the Enhance Panel to reduce license costs.
We understand no price rise is welcome, and we want to reassure you that we only make adjustments when absolutely necessary. Even after these changes, our services remain highly competitive in terms of features, support, and overall value. We don't lure you in with a headline rate for 1 year then increase it - our pricing is fair for the service offered.
