We are carrying out essential maintenance to enhance the capacity and resilience of our data centre. This work involves upgrading the core network and adding an additional upstream connection, which will improve connectivity speed and stability.
The maintenance will begin overnight on Thursday, 13 November, and is scheduled to run for up to fourteenn nights, ending on Wednesday, 26 November.
All work will take place between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. each night to minimise any impact on services.
During this period, there is a risk of brief service interruptions while our network administrators complete the upgrades. Any downtime will be kept to an absolute minimum, and our team will monitor all systems closely to ensure stability throughout.
Please note that the work may not require all fourteen nights to complete, and there will be nights when there is no noticeable activity taking place with zero client impact. The extended maintenance window provides flexibility to complete the upgrades safely and efficiently.
