Ticket Timer Notice
Due to the ongoing cPanel critical vulnerability incident, we believe our third-party ticket timer system may also be affected, as it is hosted remotely and timers have stopped working. It is safe to assume their server has been imlacted here.
As a result, any previously scheduled ticket timers may not trigger as expected. This means a ticket that was due to reopen automatically may not do so, and scheduled follow-up actions could be missed.
We are posting this for transparency, as some clients may have scheduled requests with us over the coming days. If you were expecting us to action something at a specific time, please reply to the ticket or open a new one so we can review it manually.
