**An Update : Thanks to Matt and the team at WHMCS for resolving this. The issue was caused by a change made by 2checkout and this was not announced anywhere. The WHMCS team worked to issue a patch that appears to have resolved this issue.
Thanks for your patience while we worked to manually mark all invoices as fully paid. Thanks wo WHMCS for working quickly to resolve this issue and issuing a patch.

Hello
We are investigating an issue that started happening today only. 2checkout.com one of our merchant account providers and the gateway clients use when paying with a visa/mastercard (not paypal) is not posting the full amount as credit to invoices.
A client had a £21.99 invoice, sent us £21.99 but the system only reported that in whmcs our billing system as £14.90. This resulted in the invoice not being marked as fully paid.
We are manually correcting each invoice at this time and have opened a ticket with WHMCS initially to see what could be the cause. We do plan to update to their new release soon, which offers some amazing new abilities, but as we have not updated and it has been working perfectly for at least the last 2 months we are unsure of where the cause could be.
Thanks for your patience on this one. If you use 2checkout we will have received all your money and we just need to manually adjust each invoice until we find the problem and subsequent solution.
Unless an issue is urgent there is no need to open a ticket as we will manually update the invoice to paid status at various points during each day.
Thanks for your patience on this

UPDATE: We have just posted a patch to the 2checkout payment module. The information we are seeing is that 2checkout made a change to the API that the billing system uses without posting a notice. We will let this patch run and see if this will correctly post the payments as they should. Any questions please open a ticket with attention to Billing. Thank you.
