We were notified by a client of a potential issue approximately 5pm today UK time with server 14. The client reported packet loss routing to the IP and also a resulting slow connection. We were unable to replicate the issue at that time. Another client on server 22 reported similar issues and again we could not replicate it.
Contact was immediately made with our Data Centre Partner and we were informed a few of their other clients had been reporting similar issues and they were looking into the issue as a matter of urgency.
We are seeing from our end that all systems are 'green' and no further clients have reported any issues. If you notice any issues please do open a ticket and let us know so we can further troubleshoot.
We suspect this issue is resolved but as always let us know if you see issues and if you were affected sorry about the problems.
