At approximately 5pm server 26 appeared to be off line.  We assumed there was an issue with the server requiring a simple reboot.  We attempted to enter the server via the IPMI connction but it was timing out.  We therefore asked the data centre to perform a reboot on the server.  The reboot was completed and yet again IPMI was ...
