We have today implemented some new Anti fraud Protection. This will ensure that most genuine orders pass without issue. There is a small chance some genuine orders may be flagged as fraud and we apologise if that happens to you.
We'll be tweaking the settings based on experience over the next month to try to minimise false positives.
