Last night in the early evening our monitoring system alerted us to the fact Server 21 was heavily loaded and was unresponsive. We rebooted the server and determined one abusive user on the server. We suspended that user and load dropped to a very low level.This morning the account was unsuspended while a tech closely monitored the server. ...
