**An Update : Thanks to Matt and the team at WHMCS for resolving this. The issue was caused by a change made by 2checkout and this was not announced anywhere. The WHMCS team worked to issue a patch that appears to have resolved this issue.

Approximately 3 hours ago Hypervisor number 2 failed and went off line. OnApp cloud is designed with this eventuality in mind and all Virtual Machines housed on the failing hypervisor should auto failover to a spare and empty Hypervisor. This worked for all but 4 Virtual Machines and downtime for all these VMs was seconds.

We have received a handful of reports from clients who report their websites are down. All servers are up at this time and all sites are resolving for us. All these clients appear to be using Virgin Media as their home broadband suppler.
